People are never happy with Mayweather and they are quick to blame him for the mega fight not happening between he and Manny Pacquiao. But a lot of people have come around to see the games Top Rank are playing. Rather than talk about the second and third negotiations, (because it should never gone that far) I like to give facts about the first set of negotiations. The fight should have happened in 2009. This article is no way an attempt to dis Pac and the Gang or side with Mayweather. But Top Rank has to take some blame in the mega fight not getting made.
