The Anti-Corruption Court has this morning handed a four year jail term to Kampala socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa a.k.a Bad Black for embezzling Shs11 billion from Daveshan Company
The same court has sentenced her co- accused Meddie Ssentongo who was yesterday found guilty of conspiring to defraud Daveshan Company to 18 months in jail.
The maximum penalty of embezzlement is 14 years in jail or fine of Shs6.7m or both.
