President Uhuru Kenyatta is expected to leave the country for Cape Town, South Africa Thursday.

In a brief statement, the Presidential Press Service said President Kenyatta will be on a four-day official visit.

During the visit, President Kenyatta will attend the World Economic Forum on Africa and hold a bilateral meeting with South Africa President Jacob Zuma.

The Head of State will meet and address Kenyans living and working in South Africa.

Earlier on Thursday, the President arrived from a London trip where he attended a conference on Somalia at around 6am accompanied by his wife Margaret Kenyatta.

However, President Kenyatta did not address journalists at the airport.
