Legendary Vitimbi actor Benson Wanjau, popularly known as Mzee Ojwang Hatari, will be laid to rest on Wednesday at Nairobi’s Langata cemetery.
His wife Augustus Wanjiru Wanjau had revealed it was Mzee’s wish to be buried at Langata.
The late Mzee Ojwang’s body was set to leave Umash Funeral Home this morning before proceeding to Langata for the final send off but was held by the funeral home over unpaid bills.
The bill was later settled and the funeral is set to continue as planned.
Ojwang succumbed to pneumonia on July 12 while at the Kenyatta National Hospital.
