Kenyans who want to be enjoined in a case by the Commission on the Implementation of the Constitution seeking the interpretation of grey areas in the new laws have three days to do so.
A five-judge bench of the Supreme Court also certified the matter as urgent and set the case for hearing next week for three consecutive days.
Judges Philip Tunoi, Samuel Bosire, Emanuel O’Kubasu, Erastus Githinji and Philip Waki are Court of Appeal judges but are sitting in the case as Supreme Court judges
