It's me and my crew: Chris arrived separately from Rihanna, bringing with him an entourage of around 20 people
Looks like there's not a club in town big enough to entertain both Chris Brown and Drake
According to TMZ, the two tried to party at the Playhouse Nightclub in Hollywood on Wednesday, but the Take Care singer was turned away because Chris already had a table.
The Don't Wake Me Up singer was inside celebrating an anniversary party for the clothing brand Popular Demand, and the bouncers knew that Rihanna would be arriving later on.
So when Drake showed up at the door around midnight, they respectfully asked him to leave, and he headed off to another bar without incident.

Happy days: The couple were snapped looking loved-up as they sat in the front row at the Grammy Awards on Sunday
Brown and Drake have a tumultuous relationship, having been involved in a famous brawl at the New York City nightclub W.I.P. last summer where members of their entourage broke bottles and nearly destroyed the place.
Last November police revealed they had no plans to file criminal charges over the incident after concluding their investigation.
But the singers are now suing each other over the June 14 incident after French model Romain Julien claimed he sustained facial lacerations in the fight.

His and hers: Rihanna was spotted wearing Chris Brown's coat at an airport in Los Angeles on Friday
Court documents obtained by TMZ indicate neither party is claiming responsibility for the fracas, both asking the judge to blame the event on each other to avoid having to deliver on a potentially large payday should Julien win the suit.
Wednesday night was already a bad night for Chris Brown, as his on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna was also at the club, giving him the cold shoulder.

Bad timing: Drake was respectfully turned away from a club in Hollywood on Wednesday because Chris Brown was inside
A source told MailOnline exclusively that the couple refused to acknowledge one another after both arriving at the club with their posses.

Rihanna didn't know that Chris was expected at the same event, revealed the source.
When VIP hosts asked the Barbadian pop star if she would like to be seated with her boyfriend, she declined and demanded to be put somewhere else.
'Rihanna refused to sit with or even near Chris – and when Chris noticed she was there, he made a huge show of rubbing his presence in her face,' said the source.
'He promptly ordered three more bottles of ace of spades which came out with in a procession of sparklers and scantily clad cocktail waitresses, causing a spectacle, which he clearly wanted Rihanna to see.'
The music superstars left without each other at the end of the night.

Chris arrived at the celebrity hotspot around midnight, armed with a crew of around 20 people.
The singers never once communicated with each other during the course of the evening as they sat across the room from one another, said the source.

Chris left the club around 2:15 a.m. in a metallic grey Lamborghini, wearing his hoodie over his baseball cap.
Rihanna made it a late night, leaving closer to 3am.
The chilly atmosphere between the stars is a far cry from their loved-up appearance as they sat side by side in the front row at the Grammys.
Then the two snuggled up to each other, smiling and laughing together as they took in the show.

Rihanna also wore a diamond ring on her left ring finger during her performance onstage, fueling speculation that the pair plan to tie the knot.

But their reconciliation has not been without drama.
Rihanna's former best friend Katy Perry has reportedly stopped speaking to her following her reconciliation with Brown, who is still on probation for beating her in 2009.
